Every day, tons of food are thrown away, while in other parts of the world people die of starvation or lack proper nutrition. It is preferable to keep these foods in the refrigerator and reheat them only after a day or two, so that they do not reach the trash.

Never reheat the following foods

  • Cooked food should not come into contact with raw food to avoid contamination.
  • Remember that all ingredients are different and may not reheat the same. When you have more than one dish, cover them so that they heat evenly.
  • When you think you won’t be able to eat those foods in 4 days, you better freeze them.
